Dr. Ali is kind and professional and commutes a long distance to serve our community! I’ve seen her twice now and have to go back again next month but I wouldn’t trust anyone else for the health of my vision. The staff here are wonderful too. Very kind and very supportive and friendly

My wife's glasses broke while we were travelling so I picked the nearest good reviewed place on our way. They were super friendly and helpful, we were in and out with fixed glasses in about 5 minutes! So glad this was the spot that popped up for us

Mom is 97 and still quite active. At this stage of her life, our goals of care no longer require implementation of the full range of testing offered at her last appointment. If the equipment were to yield findings requiring invasive treatment, we would likely not pursue any. Comfort, symptom management, and quality of life are the goals. When I commented on this, technician Katie was attentive and communicated our request to Dr Akesson. Mom's plan of care was revised on the spot to meet our individualized needs. Eye exam resulted in an updated prescription. Mom enjoyed picking out new frames and is anxiously awaiting their arrival. Edit: I'm changing my review to 5 stars, once they got me back Dr. Ollie has trained her staff on what to physically look for in the lenses to identify prisms. She then took the time to make sure my prisms and prescription were correct. A quick suggestion, the office needs to get a fresnal prism kit to dial in correct prism. Using standard equipment didn't seem to assist in adjustments. Sadly disappointed with my experience, my prescription was wrong prisms left out. I picked up my glasses on a Friday went in on Monday to figure out why my glasses were off, Maddie was kind and patient, unfortunately Dr. Ollie wasn't in to fix prescription. I called in the next morning, reception couldn't find any notes I was transferred to Maddie who let me know the Doctor would look into it immediately. Afternoon came, three hours later, I called and felt the disappointment start, "Dr. Ollie" hasn't looked at your file yet, "We will contact this afternoon when she has." I have lost faith that I will be getting this issue resolved in a timely manner. I should have gone somewhere else, paid good money on top of whatever my premium insurance covers. I would recommend you don't waste your time or money using Lewis county Eye & Vision.

Very thorough eye exams and wonderful explanations of everything that's going on with my eyes. If you want to keep your vision in the best possible condition for the longest length of time--this is the place to go for annual exams. And annual exams are a must.

Dr. Ali and her staff are friendly and efficient. My prescription is perfect and Dr. Ali answered my questions along with a thorough explanation so that I have a plan for the future. The staff at Lewis County Eye and Vision are all great!

Appointment making was efficient and I was updated on the appointment via text in the week prior to the appointment. Check in was professional with a few forms to fill out for 2025. Called back for my appointment on time and the initial eye tests were done by an assistant to get my file updated and ready for the doctor. Assistant explained everything clearly as we proceeded and then left me in a room to wait for the doctor. Within minutes Dr. Maryam Ali came in and did my exam. She is very professional and personable. She answered my questions and I never felt rushed. In the end she was honest and told me that my eyes have not changed enough since my last check up to require a new prescription or new frames...unless I wanted them. I enjoyed my years with Dr. Burrows, but I am looking forward to my future appointments with Dr. Ali.

When I called to see if they accepted my insurance the lady that answered was so nice and helpful! They were very friendly when we there. Explained any and all charges that we would pay out of pocket and the doctor was great! I was there for my son and have since scheduled myself and my husband.
